Bio Brief
Hi! My name is Christal Padron, a Nicaraguan-Cuban American born and raised here in Miami, Florida. I've had a strong passion for art and animation for years and animated in several projects such as Brenna Verner's Balanced Breakfast (leading the character of Princess Salty), the anti-bullying campaign of Parker and Boo: You're Not Alone (animating Boo himself), as well as animating scenes for Starcrossed Destinies in the Easterseals Disability Film Challenge. I'm proficient in Toon Boom Harmony (frame by frame, storyboarding and animating rigs) as well as Clip Studio Paint (illustration and character design).
In recent years, I have been diagnosed with autism, but no matter the mindset, I'm prepared to show my determination as well as help others, taking the time in recent years to teach animation to others who may have autism or other conditions as well. I have worked with both Danimation, All Kids Included and Arts 4 Learning, spreading knowledge to others for 4 years now while also practicing to hone my own skills.
I'm a go-getter, extremely passionate, hardworking, patient, creative, but above all, I just love to draw pretty much every day of my life!
